Birth... Creates tears of happiness

Death... Creates tears of sadness.

In between these two, LIFE is a journey we all want not to end. However, we all will have to leave our legacy behind, one day. On 26th December 2004, many people left their legacies inside the boisterous waves of Tsunami.

It has been 14 years. Nothing is forgotten. Children lost their parents, parents - their children, husbands -their wives, etc. The tsunami was a formidable enemy which took many lives to the angle of death.

However, there was a more formidable foe - LTTE which is responsible for the death of many souls. We cannot forget the soldiers who sacrificed themselves to bring this nation to one piece. That's why we call them heroes - war heroes. We breathe today, because of them...

We lit a lamp in loving memory and honor of them and wished that this light may alight their souls...

All die... But, memories won’t!
